How do you explain who you are without looking into the depths of your soul from whence your dreams come? A daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, an aunt, I am all of these and more. A Christian, a doll collector, a baseball fan, an artist, I am all of these and more. I am me.
How precious are the thoughts of God that we find hidden everywhere. It is on those thoughts that my imagination thrives. It is those thoughts that give me life and make me who I am.
To the Creator of my inmost being, I give all of the glory.
My name is Debbie Weimert and I am a self-taught artist. I have dabbled in pencil and charcoal portraits in the past, but polymer clay is my medium of choice. I started sculpting with polymer clay in 2003. I love bringing my imagination to life with polymer clay, into the 3D world for others to see. And believe me, I have quite an imagination.
My only regret is that I would have become involved with the medium of polymer clay earlier in my life. But, on the other hand, at 50 years old, I am living proof that it is never too late to follow your dreams.
I create to honor The Creator. To Him goes all of the glory and honor.
